Programs: Parenting & Preschool Co-op program,Parenting Courses for Children 0 to 11, Parenting of Teens 12-16 and Step Parenting, Programs for Fathers and Single (Male) parents Programs for Families in Transition for the Children (Tree House) and the Parents (Family Tree), Programs on Self-Esteem,Anger Management, Surviving Break ups

Adult support and discussion groups  for South Shore residents who might be interested in coming to downtown Montreal for our evening courses.  These are 8 week groups led by Family Life Educators who provide techniques and strategies and facilitate discussions on various topics:  Parenting of Teens, Parenting of 0-11 yrs, Step Parenting,  Single Again, Self Esteem, Anger Management, Journal Writing, Relationship Fitness for Couples, From A Woman's View (women only, 45+) , Stress  management,Communication Skills. The groups are held one evening a week from 6:30-8:30 at our offices at 1857 de Maisonneuve Blvd. W., next to Guy Metro.  Max. of 12 participants per group;  fee for 8 weeks is based on income and runs from $25-$125.  Sessions  are offered 3 times a year in September, January and April.  CCS is a non profit community organizaton funded by Centraide and has been in existence for over 70 years, providing services to the English speaking community.  If you would like further info, please call me at 937-5351 ext 240.  Gail Casey, Coordinator Adult Support Services
